Wendel Family Dental Centre

When you go to Wendel Family Dental Centre, you do not just get quality dental care to their patients. They also teach their patients how to have healthy teeth and gums. The type of food and how often they are eaten has an effect on everyone's dental health. Starchy foods that include crackers, bread, cookies, candies as well as sticky and slow to dissolve foods such as raisins, granola bars, chewy fruit snacks, dried fruits, potato chips, and hard candies do not do any good to the teeth. Soda is also high in acids and sugar that attacks the tooth enamel. Better snacking options are nuts, cheese, onions, and some teas.
